Level 1 Social Emotional and Regulation Assessment (SERA)
For young people 2-17 years of age: €800
🌿
The Level 1 SERA is the starting point for families who are noticing emotional outbursts, delay, school refusal, anxiety, withdrawal, socialising or sensory concerns or frequent overwhelm — but aren’t sure what’s really going on.
This assessment looks beneath the behaviours to figure out how what your child’s brain and body needs to feel more calm and engaged.
You will get a clear roadmap forward, to reduce stress and support your child in a way that works for them.
Ideal when you’re unsure if a diagnosis is needed.
Helps schools and families support young people.
Includes a full clinical report with recommended next steps.
What does it help with?
- Emotional challenges like anxiety or frustration.
- Social difficulties, such as making friends or interacting with others.
- Managing self-regulation in challenging situations.
This Level 1 Social – Emotional – Regulation Assessment is available for €800
Is this you?
- You’re walking on eggshells, never quite sure what might trigger your child’s next meltdown, shutdown, or outburst.
- Your child seems overwhelmed by everyday things — small changes, transitions, noise, demands — and you’re exhausted trying to keep everything calm.
- They might hold it together at school but unravel at home, and no one else sees what you do.
- You’ve tried strategies, advice, maybe even other professionals — but nothing has really helped you understand why things are so hard.
- You’re wondering if your child might be neurodivergent, or if something else is going on — anxiety, trauma, sensory overload?
- You just want someone to really see your child, help you make sense of it all, and guide you with a plan that actually fits.
If any of this sounds familiar, the Social Emotional Regulation Assessment (SERA) was designed to help you and your child.
What’s included:
- Assessment of your child’s social, emotional and regulation strengths, needs and preferences.
- Screening assessment for neurodivergence (e.g. autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, and more depending on the young person’s needs). This will give you information on the possible likelihood of neurodivergence.
- A comprehensive clinical report with clear insights and guidelines.
- A personalised support plan tailored for home and school.
No hidden fees – just expert care and guidance for your child.
Who is it for?
